  The staff was very rude here!! I went inside for a simple question, and he wouldn't even acknowledge me until I showed him my driver's license and park pass. He was not kind or helpful, and even scolded me for trying to ask where the main trails are in this area. Highly disappointed that he is what represents the national park service.
